Job summary

Responsibilities include ongoing assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Ohio (or compact state).
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
