Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN within five years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality, safety and patient outcomes.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs as appropriate.
• Support 24/7/365 department operations and safety initiatives.
