OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is seeking a part-time Staff RN for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit in Mansfield, OH. The role covers day shifts (7a–7p) with every‑other weekend work and weekend/shift differential eligibility.

The RN will provide general nursing care across the continuum, delegate to LPNs and UAPs, and adhere to Ohio Nursing Board standards. Minimum qualifications include an Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN consideration after five years of employment.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact license in good standing.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• BSN preferred or required after 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose and document patient health status and needs across the continuum of care.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions, coordinating with the care team.
• Evaluate patient responses to care and revise plans as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership in safety, quality and efficiency within the unit.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs and UAPs to deliver high‑quality care.
