Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) to drive territory sales and deepen provider relationships in Missouri. You will combine product knowledge with strategic planning to promote cardiovascular therapies, work with cross‑functional teams, and deliver compliant, patient‑focused solutions in live and virtual settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and sales or healthcare experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to operate across Columbia, Jefferson City,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales or promotional activity.
• Entrepreneurial experience or marketing and account management.
• Experience in healthcare/scientific roles preferred (e.g., RN, Pharmacist).
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans and engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments.
• Uses internal reports to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on branded and unbranded products.
• Collaborates across the organization to address customer inquiries.
• Completes administrative tasks on time.
