Job summary

Cordis, LLC is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the cardiovascular and endovascular product portfolio across a defined territory in Illinois. The role combines hands-on clinical presence with strategic account management to drive product adoption and improve patient outcomes.

You will partner with Territory Managers, conduct in-services, travel within the region, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional service to healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years related experience in medical device/pharma field preferred.
• Regular travel within territory to visit customer sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth with high-impact clinical education and engagement.
• Meet revenue targets for assigned accounts on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Drive product utilization and re-engage existing customers.
• Conduct in-services and presentations to physicians, staff, and management.
• Complete training and certification for Cordis products.
• Travel within territory as needed.
• Provide regular updates to the territory team on competitive and customer situations.
• Track sales activities with the Regional Director and support sales team.
• Handle product complaints with Medical Affairs and sales leadership.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics, and compliance with all policies.
