Cordis, LLC in the United States is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the cardiovascular and endovascular portfolio within a defined territory, focusing on procedural case coverage and customer engagement.

The role blends hands-on clinical presence with strategic support to drive revenue growth, improve patient outcomes, and ensure consistent execution across targeted healthcare accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years related experience in medical device field (Cath lab, nurse, etc.) or related area is required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Territory Managers and sales leadership to support territory growth through clinical education, procedural coverage, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Meet revenue targets on assigned accounts within the region (quarterly, semi-annual, annually).
• Drive account penetration and increase Cordis product utilization in existing accounts by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers.
• Conduct in-services and presentations to physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, techs, and management.
• Complete training and certification for full Cordis product suite demonstrating competency.
• Travel within territory/region as needed.
• Communicate daily with territory team; provide updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations.
• Track sales/support activities as directed by Regional Director and sales support.
• Manage product complaints, report to Medical Affairs/sales leadership and identify steps to re-engage customers.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics and integrity; complete Ethics & Integrity training prior to customer-facing activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR, compliance guidelines and external regulations governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
