Amgen in Orlando, FL is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals with clinical product knowledge and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategy and promote Amgen products as directed by the District Manager.

The role emphasizes building relationships, driving sales targets through in-person and virtual engagements, and maintaining patient focus.

Competenze

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of sales with an Associate degree.
• High school diploma with 8 years of sales or clinical experience.
• Healthcare/medical device familiarity is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and explain clinical benefits.
• Deliver branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance and plan accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow professionally.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain patient-focused selling throughout the cycle.
