Amgen in the United States is seeking a District Sales Manager – Oncology to oversee the Chicago, Minneapolis, and Nebraska territories. You will provide clinical knowledge to medical professionals and lead district teams to drive sales in a competitive oncology portfolio.

You will collaborate with district leaders and cross-functional teams, hire and coach staff, and build local key relationships to achieve aligned objectives and robust patient impact.

Competenze

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with required sales/marketing experience
• 2 years of sales/marketing experience for Doctorate level
• 6 years of sales/marketing experience for Master’s level
• 8 years of sales/marketing experience for Bachelor’s level
• 12 years of sales/marketing experience and managerial experience for high school diploma

• Lead district teams to meet or exceed sales and budget targets
• Screen, interview, and hire district personnel
• Provide coaching and development to drive performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, other BUs)
