Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior District Business Manager for the Cardiovascular portfolio in Baltimore, MD. This field-based leadership role drives adoption with Health Care Providers and coaches a team of TASs to meet sales goals.

The position emphasizes coaching, market access, and the use of digital capabilities to enhance scientific engagement and patient outcomes within a high-performing district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or related field.
• Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent leadership of high-performing teams.
• Pharma experience is strongly preferred, including understanding of reimbursement processes, access, and distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 6–10 TASs to drive cardiovascular portfolio adoption.
• Coach TASs on selling skills, scientific engagement, and use of digital capabilities.
• Own TASs learning journey and continuous improvement of core skills and behavior.
• Champion adoption of CE^3 analytics and other digital tools in call planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive sales targets.
• Conduct strategic district planning including promo programs and budget planning.
