Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior District Business Manager for the Baltimore Cardiovascular portfolio. You will lead and coach a field-based team of TASs to drive adoption, manage accounts and deliver competitive sales results.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, coaching on selling and digital tools, and aligning with Medical, Access and Commercial teams to maximize patient impact. This is a leadership role requiring strong people management, analytical thinking, and a proven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales or leading high-performing teams.
Experience with reimbursement processes, access, and distribution in pharma.
Proven track record of inspiring teams to meet or exceed goals.
Strong analytical, selling, and business acumen with pharmaceutical value chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

Focused in-role coaching and development of TASs to improve competencies.
Champion adoption of new capabilities and CE^3 analytics in field planning.
Execute strategic district planning, budget planning, and account prioritization.
Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies and lead talent development.
