Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager to oversee the Respiratory Therapy Department and provide direct patient care as needed. The role includes supervising ancillary services such as laboratory and radiology based on hospital needs, with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Respiratory, a current RRT registry, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with 3–5 years in cardiopulmonary roles and at least 1

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) is required.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.
