Job summary

PAM Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department and ensure high-quality patient care. The role oversees related ancillary services and directs daily operations in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in cardiopulmonary activities with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus a Respiratory degree and current RRT registry, BLS and ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory required or preferred if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.

Education and Training:
