Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive respiratory care in Great Falls, Montana, under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

The role covers evaluation, treatment, monitoring, critical care support, and patient education across cardiopulmonary services. Responsibilities include aerosol therapies, ventilator management, ABG analysis, and collaboration with physicians to adjust protocols.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active RRT credential from NBRC and Montana licensure/eligibility.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and chest physiotherapy.
• Set up and manage mechanical ventilation and perform ABG sampling/analysis.
• Evaluate patients, adjust treatment plans with physicians, document outcomes.
• Respond to code blues and rapid responses across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Uphold CQI initiatives and hospital safety standards.
