Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a premier cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, Montana. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders, perform diagnostic testing, and provide therapy under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

The role emphasizes high nurse-to-therapist ratios, emergency response, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana license or eligibility; NBRC RRT credential.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and CQI standards.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team-based clinical collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, mechanical ventilation setup/management, arterial blood gas sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient clinical evaluations, monitor treatment responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document clinical outcomes accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across all ages and units.
• Educate patients and families about disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
