PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department, direct patient care, and oversee ancillary services as needed. This role emphasizes clinical leadership and department supervision in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Respiratory Therapy, active RRT, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary experience and at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC/BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, depending on hospital needs.
