Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department, provide direct patient care as appropriate, and oversee ancillary services such as laboratory and radiology as hospital needs dictate. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required. BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities; minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.
