PAM Health seeks a Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department and provide direct patient care as appropriate. This pivotal role includes supervising staff and coordinating with hospital services to ensure high-quality cardiovascular and pulmonary care.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in cardiopulmonary activities, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, a Bachelor's in Respiratory, RRT registry, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in respiratory field required; RRT registry required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary experience with supervisory duties.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversee ancillary services departments including laboratory and radiology as needed by the hospital.
