Job summary

PAM Health is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager. The role leads the Respiratory Therapy Department, oversees ancillary services as needed, and ensures high-quality patient care. A BSRC/BSRT and RRT registry are required, with BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred.
• Current RRT registry required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of three to five years of cardiopulmonary experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, as needed.
