Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the respiratory therapy department and directly impact patient care in a hospital setting. The role includes supervising the respiratory team and coordinating with laboratory and radiology services to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, plus current RRT, BLS, and ACLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy is preferred and may be required for blood gas lab operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary experience required; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RRT registry/credential and BLS/ACLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversee ancillary services departments (lab and radiology) as hospital needs dictate.
