Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department, provide direct patient care as appropriate, and oversee ancillary services as needed.

Education requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory with RRT registry and BLS/ACLS certifications. Salary ranges up to $150,000 per year with relocation assistance up to $20,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred; may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Current RRT registry required; BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, including laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.
