Job summary

PAM Health based in Enola, Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department, provide direct patient care as appropriate, and supervise ancillary services as needed.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC/BSRT), current RRT registry, and BLS/ACLS certification; 3–5 years CP experience with supervisory preference. PAM Health offers competitive pay and an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred; may be required if hospital operates a blood gas laboratory.
• Experience: 3–5 years of cardiopulmonary activities; 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications: Current RRT registry; BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as appropriate, while directing and supervising the Respiratory Therapy Department.
• Oversight of ancillary services departments, to include laboratory and radiology, dependent upon hospital need and structure.
