Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Cardiopulmonary Manager to lead the Respiratory Therapy Department. You will provide direct patient care when appropriate and oversee department operations to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in cardiopulmonary roles, at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and holds current RRT with BLS/ACLS certifications. This on-site leadership role offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Education and Training:

Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC or BSRT) preferred and may be required if the hospital operates a blood gas laboratory. Current RRT registry required. BLS and ACLS certification required.

Experience:

Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required. Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
