Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of cardiometabolic therapies, with 30% travel and focus on prescriber activation and utilization. You will work with cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs to educate on RNAi therapies and navigate IDNs.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma sales, a track record of launching complex therapies, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with launch or expansion work.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience navigating IDNs or complex health systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand objectives.
• Deliver compliant clinical education to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
• Engage in speaker programs, events, and peer-to-peer activities to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Market Access and patient services to support pull-through.
