Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business, life sciences, or engineering field.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience with track record to quota.
• Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape.
• Experience launching programs or therapies in cardiology/HF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & customer engagement with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational events on hemodynamics and GDMT.
• Provide on-call technical and clinical support across the region.
• Maintain territory plans, forecasts, and CRM data with accuracy.
