Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for CardioMEMS in Heart Failure to drive therapy adoption, open new accounts, and grow revenue across implanting centers and community hospitals. You will build relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators while leading education on hemodynamics, GDMT, and data-driven outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years of healthcare sales, cardiology exposure, and the ability to travel 60–70% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct healthcare sales experience
• 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred
• Track record of ≥100% to quota for 2 consecutive years
• Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape
• Willingness to travel 60-70% within territory

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy adoption and open new accounts across implanting centers and community hospitals
• Build strong relationships with physicians, HF clinics, administrators, and stakeholders
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations
• Plan educational events on hemodynamics, GDMT, and patient selection
• Provide on-call technical, clinical, and engineering support; ensure compliance with FDA regulations
