Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cardiology Application Support Engineer (L2) to ensure the availability and performance of cardiology CIS, PACS, and imaging workflows across clinical environments. You will work with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to maintain critical systems and data integrity.

The role covers incident management, application monitoring, and routine maintenance, with a focus on ECG, EP, Cath Lab, and imaging workflows. Strong knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and interoperability is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in cardiology systems.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/biomedical engineering or related.
• Experience supporting enterprise cardiology systems in hospitals or networks.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 incidents impacting cardiology applications.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of cardiology apps and interfaces.
• Coordinate issue escalations with vendors and clinical teams.
• Provide guidance for regulated healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
