Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Cardiology Application Support Engineer (L2) to provide advanced support, monitoring, and maintenance for mission-critical cardiology applications and cardiovascular information systems in Frisco, Texas. You will collaborate with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of ECG, EP, Cath Lab, and imaging workflows.

• Experience with cardiology information systems (CIS) and cardiology workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise cardiology systems in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 incidents impacting cardiology applications.
• Provide timely production issue resolutions meeting SLA targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and clinical teams for rapid restoration of services.
