Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Ambulatory EMR Application Support Analyst (L2) to provide advanced operational, functional, and technical support for ambulatory EMR apps in a healthcare setting. You will support outpatient workflows, interfaces, and billing processes while maintaining high system availability.

The role requires strong knowledge of ambulatory operations, EMR configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, upgrades, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, CS or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience supporting healthcare EMR/EHR in production.
• Relevant EMR/EHR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for ambulatory EMR applications in outpatient clinics.
• Troubleshoot scheduling, registration, documentation, orders and encounters.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EMR interfaces and data reconciliation.
• Assist in upgrades, patches, and release management with minimal disruption.
