Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent Heartflow’s non‑invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a defined region. You will drive adoption, educate referring physicians, and work with clients including cardiologists and primary care providers from a home office with travel.

The role focuses on building relationships, executing business development plans, and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure customer success and Heartflow growth.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
• Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway with the account’s key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and leadership to support focused accounts.
• Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring physicians.
• Develop relationships with administrative staff, cardiologists, and hospital staff to broaden Heartflow referrals.
• Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and grow cCTA/FFRct penetration.
