Qualifications

• 1+ years direct customer service in health care, hospital or contact center environment.
• Fluent English and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with routine scheduling of new and follow-up appointments.
• Educate patients on providing medical records and insurance information.
• Process MyChart and EMR appointment requests and check-in support.
• Handle high-volume phone calls and coordinate patient itineraries.
