Qualifications

• Experience: 8 years in research, research administration or non-profit administration.
• Licenses/Certifications: Heart Saver may be required by protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supports research across multiple departments by developing shared facilities and programs.
• Promotes collaboration; organizes meetings, seminars and conferences; manages communication.
• Assists with multi-investigator grant proposals including planning, budget preparation and submission.
• Liaises with UTSW Foundation and development staff to identify philanthropic support.
• Develops surveys on research space utilization and analyzes space productivity.
• Oversees clinical trials operations and research compliance.
