Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 5 years experience in clinical research, including at least three years experience in project management.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Prior experience in the UTSW mentoring program desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope with the PI, goals and deliverables; work with CRM and leadership to develop plans and timelines.
• Estimate resources and personnel; allocate within the department or externally.
• Set and manage project expectations; delegate tasks; resolve issues within the team.
• Plan and schedule project milestones; track progress and deliverables; develop progress reports.
• Create training documents and align processes with system changes for staff/faculty communications.
• Develop best practices for project execution and management; assist with scientific writing in grant proposals.
