Job summary

The role involves study coordination, IRB liaison, grants management, budget planning, and cross‑unit collaboration to advance funded and pending projects, with a focus on mentoring programs and shared resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, finance or related field
• 8 years of related experience in research, research administration or non‑profit administration
• NIH research grant preparation and management familiarity

Responsibilities

• Supports research within multiple departments or business units by developing and enhancing shared facilities and programs.
• Promotes collaboration among investigators and across disciplines; organizes meetings and manages communications.
• Assists with multi‑investigator grant proposals including planning, budget preparation and submission.
• Works with foundations and development staff to identify opportunities for philanthropic support.
• Oversees research space utilization and data analysis for productivity and space needs.
• Supports strategic development of new research programs and initiatives.
