Formación

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Experience: 5 years in clinical research, incl. at least 3 years in project management.
• Preferred: Advanced degree.
• Preferred: Mentoring program experience with UTSW clinical research mentoring program.

Responsabilidades

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with the PI and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources and personnel; allocate within department or externally.
• Set and manage project expectations; delegate tasks and resolve issues.
• Plan timelines and milestones; track progress and deliver reports.
• Develop training documents and align processes with system changes.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Coordinate clinical trials following guidelines; support scientific writing.
• Supervise staff as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
