Qualifications

• 5–8 years of clinical research experience at UT Southwestern.
• At least 5 years with direct supervision of junior clinical research staff.
• Experience in multisite clinical trials, protocol development and budget negotiation.
• Familiar with NIH grant preparation and management.
• Advanced PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Trivedi Lab research operations and staff.
• Support CTN node activities, regulatory management, sponsor liaison.
• Develop and track operating budgets for the Trivedi Lab.
• Manage human resources processes and staff engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, and project metrics.
• Coordinate communications for lab websites and social media.
• Assist with grant proposals, manuscripts, and reporting.
