You will handle patient registration, checkout, and related clerical tasks, while delivering outstanding customer service to patients and families during office visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical field preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of general office equipment.
• Ability to interact with the public in a courteous and professional manner.

• Assist with patient registration and checkout.
• Handle charge entry, referrals and precertification when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Serve as first/last point of contact during office visits for patients.
