Responsibilities

• Handle front desk operations, including pre-registration/registration and scheduling.
• Greet patients, verify demographics, financial and insurance information.
• Verify insurance benefits and conduct prior authorizations/pre-certifications as needed.
• Collect co-pays and post payments; maintain organized patient records in the EMR.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and appointments.
