Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Answer calls and route accordingly.
• Records changes in patient information.
• Familiar with insurance procedures and plans participation.
• Records charges on fee slips for entry.
• Schedules return visits and end-of-day procedures.
• Compiles data for billing personnel.
• Participates in meetings and team-based care.
• Collaborates with patient, physician, and care team.
• Follows policies and completes required education.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
