This role operates a multi-line switchboard, schedules appointments, and supports patient communication through accurate documentation in our EMR.

You’ll work in a fast-paced clinic, maintaining high service standards, routing calls efficiently, and contributing to a seamless patient experience with attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation in the EMR.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line switchboard and direct calls to the proper teams.
• Schedule patient appointments, diagnostics, and labs using clinic templates.
• Support patient care by ensuring smooth call flow and accurate messaging.
• Document communications and route messages to the correct clinical teams.
• Maintain high response metrics and deliver excellent patient service.
