Baptist Health is hiring an experienced Office Specialist for the Cardiology department in Jacksonville. This Full-Time Days role supports patient registration, chart preparation, and posting charges and payments, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of front desk experience (medical office preferred) and is adept at multitasking, with strong communication and data-entry skills. Hours are typically 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years front desk experience in a medical office preferred.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and post charges and payments.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and schedule appointments.
• Prepare patient charts prior to appointments.
• Submit and obtain external medical records and coordinate with HIM.
• Follow call scripts for various scenarios and provide excellent customer service.
