Responsibilities

• Assisting patients as needed.
• Reviewing and following up on unpaid insurance claims.
• Processing mail on a daily basis.
• Working with insurance carriers and Baptist Primary Care Centers.
• Check in and check out.
• Assisting with referrals as needed.
