Job summary

Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive cardiology care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will perform clinical evaluations and manage complex cardiac conditions in collaboration with interventional cardiologists on pre-procedure workups and post-intervention recovery.

The role includes managing urgent inpatient consultations, rounding, and educating patients and families on disease management and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Texas Nurse Practitioner licensure required.
• RN licensure in Texas required.
• BLS Provider recommended (AHA/Red Cross accepted).
• DEA credential preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
