AtlantiCare invites applications for a Client Services Representative in Cardiology at Egg Harbor Township. This full-time front-desk role focuses on accurate scheduling, insurance verification, and data entry while delivering courteous patient service in a hospital setting.

The position requires a High School diploma, 1-3 years of office experience (medical preferred), and familiarity with CPT4/ICD-10 coding. Proficiency in clinical applications is expected; training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years office experience required, preferably in a medical setting.
• Minimum 1 year insurance experience; CPT4 and ICD-10 coding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; training will be provided and then skill needed within 30–60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support at hospital/ambulatory settings.
• Schedule patient appointments in a timely, organized manner.
• Enter client information into the computer and verify insurance information.
• Provide accurate financial information to clients and assist with billing details.
