Valley Health System is seeking a Coordinating Certified Medical Assistant to oversee CMA teams, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure adherence to clinical policies. The role includes staff orientation, performance feedback, and participation in employment processes within a busy practice.

Responsibilities also cover supervising lab activities, proficiency testing, and attending lead clinical staff meetings.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred in healthcare field.
• Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program recognized by NJ.

Mansioni

• Coordinate CMA work processes and supervise CMAs.
• Oversee staff scheduling and provide feedback on performance.
• Orient new CMAs and participate in employment processes.
• Supervise Lab and AAFP Proficiency Testing.
• Attend Lead Clinical Staff meetings and daily huddles.
• Assist Practice Manager at monthly staff meetings.
• Educate CMA staff on Valley Health System policies.
