Ideal candidates have an associates degree, NJ-recognized MA program, and CMA/RMA certification. Supervisory experience is preferred; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in healthcare preferred; completion of an NJ-recognized medical assistant program.
• Current CMA or RMA certification recognized by NJ state boards required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate CMA work processes and supervise CMAs.
• Oversee staff scheduling and provide performance feedback.
• Orient new CMAs and participate in employment processes.
• Supervise Lab and proficiency testing; attend lead clinical staff meetings.
• Conduct daily huddles and rounds to influence practice operations.
