Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an experienced Surgical Stepdown RN for Sun City, Arizona. You will care for cardiovascular and cardiothoracic patients on a 2, 12-hour night shift with a 4:1 patient ratio and rotating weekends.

Join a cohesive, close-knit unit on a state-of-the-art floor, with self-scheduling and a generous $7,500 sign-on bonus for PT Nights, plus an 18% night differential. Banner Boswell Medical Center has a long track record of cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care or surgical/critical care areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per policy and standards.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate activities of the care team.
• Document care and communicate patient status to the care team.
