Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan of care.
• Implement and document nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and supervise care provided by others.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plan as needed.
