Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for J&J MedTech (Circulatory Restoration) in Shreveport, LA. The role focuses on growing hospital-based sales, building physician relationships, and delivering exceptional service in catheter labs.

The candidate will promote Shockwave products, attend OR cases, and collaborate with clinical teams to meet revenue targets while maintaining compliance and high ethical standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences.
• Cardiovascular or interventional sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales plans quarterly and annually.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital staff.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs and case types.
• Educate customers on product usage with presentations and demos.
• Attend procedures in OR and advise on product usage.
• Achieve sales/revenue objectives and quota.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, R&D to identify opportunities.
• Maintain solid customer relationships and speak clinically.
