• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Strong digital acumen with interest in AI to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage per plan of action.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations of product(s) to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the health care delivery system within each assigned customer.
• Analyze local trends to craft a strong product business plan.
• Collaborate with peers in sales, brand team and support partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital engagement tools to personalize provider interactions.
• Adapt to AI and automation tools to enhance productivity and outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
