Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patients and providers, delivering professional service.
• Coordinate patient appointments, testing, and referrals with accurate tracking.
• Manage Epic In Basket messages related to scheduling and team communication.
• Triage calls, respond to inquiries, and escalate when needed.
• Assist with insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorizations as required.
• Provide information on financial services and insurance processes to patients.
